Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass is reimagined as Does Universe Mind Bridge Observers?  

This broken English phrase is used to explore tourism, gentrification, and community engagement through language and signage.
ProcessThe process involved street interviews with local tenants using illustrations and drawings as tools to start conversations and gather perspectives on the neighborhood.
The phrase emerged through experimenting with different reinterpretations of the acronym.
